The Platform

HUBie is the nucleus of an upcoming technology company built around digital solutions for the TIC industry. Rather than being yet another isolated software product, HUBie is designed as an IT service provider in its own right, with technologies tailored to how certification bodies, expert providers and industrial customers actually work.
The long-term vision: provide a technology backbone for audit operations and related expert services that automates as much as is realistically and safely possible. We combine classic process automation with carefully scoped AI, not uncontrolled black-box decisions, but focused assistance for repetitive, data-heavy tasks where guardrails and auditability are mandatory.
Every technology built under the HUBie umbrella can also run as a standalone service delivered through APIs. That means organisations can adopt a single capability, like auditor matching or document intelligence, without replacing their entire landscape. For smaller companies HUBie manages audits end-to-end; for larger organisations with strict security requirements, parts of the system can run internally while others stay cloud-based. Same architecture, flexible deployment.

Where We Are
From idea to production, and still just getting started.
The project started in 2023, founded by Tobias Göpel and Nils Feldeisen. We built up our first Advisory Board and kicked off with prototyping, concepting and onboarding our technical team. We followed auditors around, looked over the shoulders of operators and met industry giants, sometimes to conduct interviews, sometimes just to share ideas and broaden the horizon over a drink. Today we are proud to be running HUBie with SAC Experts as a productive customer. Even though we are still at the start of our journey and many technologies remain in development, we are already producing real benefits.
