How It Works, In a Nutshell

As an early partner you define concrete goals for your organisation, whether that's access to a specific technology, a pilot project on the HUBie platform, or both. Your contribution funds the work, and we deliver against those goals. Think of it as contract development, but dramatically cheaper because you're building on top of an ecosystem that already exists.

A Specific Technology

Interested in Document AI, our Travel API, the matching engine, or another standalone service? You earmark your contribution for that module. We scope a starter project, set target goals together, and deliver working results you can integrate into your existing landscape.

Every HUBie technology can be used independently via API, no need to adopt the full platform.

Path B

The HUBie Platform

Want to run audits, expert coordination, and documentation end-to-end? Your contribution funds platform access and a joint project that proves HUBie works in your operational reality. We set goals, you test in production, and together we close the gaps.

Deployable as cloud service or on your own infrastructure, adapted to your security requirements.

A reasonable guideline to ensure the project scales with the value it provides. Capped at 10.000€ per month.

The Table

minimum for direct influence

To join the Customer Board and have a direct seat at the table, we require at least 5k/month. Multiple companies can also join forces and send a single representative.

Voucher for future fees

Every Euro you spend now acts as a voucher for future platform fees, valued at 200%. Your early support is rewarded twice.

Access & Ownership

You cannot buy the software. Access is provided as part of the collaboration and may be limited for sensitive technologies to ensure responsible development.

Low Impact Contributions

If your contribution is not enough to have a direct impact on development, we will provide options on where your money is invested within the ecosystem.
